Episode 2 and Female Protagonist options

- Big update only a few days after the first release. What you'll notice immediately is some rudimentary CSS styling; this isn't the final appearance, but I'm getting the framework in place that I'll need when it's finalized.
- I've added a character codex that will update as the game progresses.
- I've also added a second episode to extend gameplay a bit. I think it's working the way it should.
- Another big change: You can, as you play, define your character as female or male. This'll impact pronoun use and - obviously - sex scenes along with a lot of other small changes.
